Gas is the work that separates plumbers, because Louisiana licenses it separately: the Master Natural Gas Fitter ticket is its own credential, not something the plumbing licence includes. That is the licence this work is done under. If you smell rotten eggs, the order of operations is get everyone out, do not touch a switch, call the utility to shut the meter, then call us. From there the job is to find where the line is losing pressure rather than to replace everything and hope. Lines are tested under pressure, the failure is located, and the section is repaired or replaced.
